Olalekan Akinbo

Dr Olalekan Akinbo (Nigeria) is a trained Plant breeder from the University of the Free State, Bloemfontein, South Africa, with post-doctoral training with The Donald Danforth Plant Science Center (USA) working in Africa with its cassava transgenic line in Nigeria, and Biotechnology and Biosafety from the Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, USA. He is an environmental Biosafety Policy Expert by experience, and currently AUDA NEPAD Centre of Excellence in Science, Technology, and Innovation Supervisor. He has gotten post-doctoral working experience of over 14 years with different countries in Africa.
